Quite simply, that all new and qualified used vehicles, treated on an annual basis at one of our authorized centres, are guaranteed forever against inner panel rust perforation. There's no limitation on age, mileage or transfer of ownership.

All qualified new and used vehicles will receive a "Full Warranty" provided the following conditions are met.

• Upon inspection and approval by an authorized application location a vehicle is determined to be "new" when the V.I.N date of manufacture falls within 12 months of the date of initial application. The vehicle then qualifies for a "Full" warranty, provided that there are no expressed or published design flaws that prohibit the application of the Rust Check product.
• Upon the inspection and approval by an authorized application location a vehicle is determined to be a qualified "Used" vehicle when the V.I.N date of manufacture is not older than 5 years.
• Should a warranty be issued on a vehicle which does not meet the definition of "New" as defined in the warranty document itself, the following condition apply:
• The partial warranty would only be issued if, upon inspection, the applicating location determined that a "Full warranty" does not apply for reasons state in Distribution Section III); sub section (b).
• The application location assumes all liability pursuant to the warranty document for the first two years;
• The applicating location must carefully examine all vehicles for manufactures' defects and/or obstructions, hidden damage or faulty repairs and any aftermarket alterations that could affect product performance.
